Returns Policy
Distinctive Designs’ (DDI) permanents botanicals are produced-to-order from imported components. These imported components, (flowers, foliage, planters, accessories, etc.) are used in a broad range of over 3,000 finished SKUs across all botanical product categories, so components utilized to produce one ordered floral product deplete components that could otherwise be used to produce other products. For this reason, all products produced in response to a valid purchase order are considered final sales, and we cannot accommodate “buyer’s remorse” returns, meaning the ultimate consumer just changed their mind. Arbitrary or unauthorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking charge.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the US. For International orders, we will ship to a US based freight forwarder. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping method that is appropriate for you order.
